Overview
Inactivating an approval allows you to disablea specific approval. This can be useful when the workflow is no longer needed, being replaced, or experiencing issues.

Triggering the Add E-mail Template Action
Click on Action Menu button.
Select Inactive action.
Inactive an Approval
Select Inactive Button to inactive this approval.

Note: The Approval command cannot be completely deleted if it's currently applied to any issues. You can inactivate it to prevent it from being applied to new issues, but existing issues using it will remain affected. |
