Overview
My Pending Approval Dashboard is designed to assist approvers in visually and efficiently managing various approval in issue matters across multiple projects.
This dashboard provides relevant information about the pending approval issue, and also displays the deadlines for approval if these approval rule have OLA.
Setup My Pending Approval Dashboard:
🎯 Step 1: Create new dashboard or Choose Existed Dashboard
Create new dashboard
Choose “Create dashboard“
Create new Dashboard
Or Choose Existed Dashboard
Choose “View all dashboards“
With the dashboard in place, select a dashboard and let's move on to the next step.
🎯 Step2: Add gadget My Pending Approval Dashboard to Your Dashboard
Click on “Edit“
Choose “Add gadget“
Add “My Pending Approval” Gadget to dashboard
Now, you can go to step 3.
🎯 Step 3: Configuration gadget My Pending Approval Dashboard
After, add “My Pending Approval” Gadget to dashboard
Select Projects (Required):
Select the projects you want. Or
You can tick in “Select All Projects“ box.
For visualize pending approval issues in selected projects.
Select a filter:
Number Issues to display:
Number of Pending Approval Issues per page.Columns to display:
Enables visualizing related issue data in a clear, column-based format.
This feature enables you to include essential elements such as a summary, project name, status, and more.
