Overview
Approving or rejecting requests is integrated within the "Issue Panel". Allows the User to approve or reject. If the action meets the requirements, the issue will be transitioned.
The Issue Panel is located on the right-hand side of the screen when you are viewing an individual issue. This panel allows the user to approve or reject requests, and if the action meets the requirements, the issue will be transitioned accordingly.
1. Access the issue view
Click the “Approval for Jira” button.
The approval information will be presented.
Click the left button to approve.
Click the right button to reject.
Each decision to approve or reject must be accompanied by a comment that clearly explains the rationale behind that choice.

2. Operational Level Agreement (OLA) view
Ola OLA is located at the upper right of the Issue Panel.

Upon expiration of the OlaOLA, the user will receive an email notification.
OLA History is locate in the last column of The Issue Activity table.
Green indicates successful completion of the OLA.
Red signifies that the OLA has not been passed.
