My Pending Approval Dashboard
Overview
My Pending Approval Dashboard is designed to assist approvers in visually and efficiently managing various approval in issue matters across multiple projects.
This dashboard provides relevant information about the pending approval issue, and also displays the deadlines for approval if these approval rule have OLA.
Setup My Pending Approval Dashboard:
Step 1: Create new dashboard or Choose Existed Dashboard

Choose “Create dashboard“

Or Choose Existed Dashboard
Choose “View all dashboards“

With the dashboard in place, select a dashboard and let's move on to the next step.
Step2: Add gadget My Pending Approval Dashboard to Your Dashboard
Click on “Edit“ to go dashboard Edit Mode
Choose “Add gadget“
Add “My Pending Approval” Gadget to dashboard
You can add as many gadgets as you need.

Now, you can go to step 3.
Step 3: Configuration gadget My Pending Approval Dashboard
After, add “My Pending Approval” Gadget to dashboard
Select Projects (Required):
Select the projects you want. Or
You can tick in “Select All Projects“ box.
For visualize pending approval issues in selected projects.
Select a filter:
Allow apply filter on Jira Instance, to filter the pending approval issues.Number Issues to display:
Number of Pending Approval Issues per page.Columns to display:
Visualizing related issue data becomes effortless with a clear, column-based format.
This feature enables you to include essential related issue data such as a summary, project name, status, and more.
After configuring all the above, you need to press the “Save” button.

After configuring all the above, press the “Save” button to apply configure.
A table appears, displaying pending approval issues and the configured data columns above.
The final step is to click "Done" to save the dashboard.

Note:
To configure Change, you need to access the Dashboard in "Edit mode."
To locate the Pending Approval Dashboard gadget, simply click on the button “…”.
Now, you can change your configure.
