"Would be nice if the platform was dynamic. For example, if someone chooses 3 stars or below, you can have the response be “Sorry, please click below areas that we can improve. And if 4 stars or above, “This is great, please click on which areas below we did great in”. Great example would be the Lyft application survey used for ride sharing."

Instructions

Create a step-by-step guide:

1. Go to CSAT Settings
2. Add your custom response for Positive responses (4,5) to Comment Placeholder
3. Add your custom response for Negative responses (3,2,1) to Bad Comment Placeholder
4. Click Save
