Overview

  • The Service Desk Portal Panel is located Activity of Issue in Portal when you are viewing an individual issue. This panel allows the user to approve or reject requests.

  • Approving or rejecting requests is integrated within the "Service Desk Portal Panel".Allows the User to approve or reject. If the action meets the requirements, the issue will be transitioned.

Note: Our application currently not supports automation Shared With Approvers in this Issue.

If the approvers are not in the value of Shared With, they can’t find this issue and don’t have any action (approving or rejecting) on it.
