Overview

  • An Operational Level Agreement (OLA) is like a contract between different teams within a company. It outlines how these teams will work together to deliver services.

  • Approval allows users to set up OLA for each approval. The OLA serves as a deadline for approvers, ensuring that all designated approvers provide their feedback before the time expires.

  • Once the OLA reaches its expiration, a notification email will be sent to all approvers who have not yet approved or rejected it.

Access the “Approval Configuration“ in application

  • Within the sidebar of Approval for Jira application, you should find a tab "Approval Configuration".
