CSAT Bulk Actions admin screen

You can search the tickets with a JQL and then apply a bulk action on them. At the moment, there is only one action to re-send the survey mails for the selected tickets.

Custom response based on the rating score

Now you can configure a response message for a good score and another one for a bad score in the Rating tab of the Survey Configuration screen in each project:

If the recipient selects a good rating score, the response will be displayed as follows:

Updates for Satisfaction board

Leaderboard tab

  • A new Score % column is added to the table.

  • All columns are sortable now.

Engagement tab

There are 2 notable updates:

  • Summary for each ticket

  • Ability to search for a specific ticket: You can search for a tickets with a JQL expresssion

Dashboard tab

  • Daily view for the Chart
