Go to Manage Apps → CSAT Cloud Migration.

Important noteSpecial cases: During the migrate process, If CSAT cannot get recipient information (different between user in Jira cloud and Jira server, missing custom field, … ), It will get recipient by the current CSAT configuration in this project. So that in some case, recipient in ticket maybe differentSome special cases may occur:

| The CSV file is incorrect format. This error occur when CSV file is missing fields. Your CSAT Server version maybe is not latest version | Please upgrade CSAT Server to latest version and re-export CSAT data. | ||
| Cannot find project in Jira instance | Please double check if project exists in Jira instance. Make sure project was migrated with Jira Cloud Migration Assistant . | ||
| CSAT configuration is empty. | Go to Project and select Satisfaction to enable CSAT. |
