Admin A sysyem administrator can configure their own SMTP mail server according to their SMTP configuration. To configure your SMTP mail server, go to to send CSAT survey emails by going to the Mail Configuration page on App navigation page.

Notes: CSAT Mail Server is activated by default. CSAT survey emails will be sent from csat@softcandylio.com.

To configure your a custom SMTP mail server, click the “Configure your own SMTP mail server“ button.

Note

Important Note: Admin Even after the connection is tested successfuly and the new SMTP mail server is saved, the admin should send a test email and make sure it sends successfully before activating this SMTP configurationcheck if that email arrives the destination.

When saving and activating the configuration successfully, the user will be redirected to the SMTP information page:

Admin can switch to CSAT Mail Server by clicking the respective radio button above.

Admin can change the SMTP configuration by clicking the Edit link.
