After everything is done, go to Apps → Manage your Apps → CSAT Import Data Migration. You will see this page.

Click choose file Choose File button and import csat-migration-data.csv and don’t export.zip file. Don’t forget to check the checkbox below, then click Migrate button. CSAT will migrate the data. Please wait until the progress bar is complete.

After Data Migration has been done. You can download the error log CSAT migration result file to see what issues failed.
You also receive an email when the migration has been done.
