This tutorial was created for new administrators to familiarize themselves with the general interface and features of CSAT.

You must have “Administer” permission to configure CSAT in that project.

Instructions

1. After the installation, go to a project and click on the “Satisfaction” option in the left tab to enable CSAT.

2. For first-time access, you have to enable CSAT in the pop-up panel

  • Choose which status that you want to trigger CSAT.

  • Click Enable to finish.

3. You will see the Dashboard after enabling CSAT

  • The Dashboard contains the report, which is presented by the Date Filtering, for you to catch up.

Please make sure that the Enable button is turned on

  • Manage General function.

General functions

Trigger Event and Filter by JQL is an AND conditioner.

By default, CSAT only triggers on different reporter and assignee. Please check the “Always send survey emails…” box if you want it vice versa.

  • Manage Questions function in survey.

  • Click Save when you finish configuring CSAT.
