Configure OLA in Approval
In this section
Overview
An Operational Level Agreement (OLA) is like a contract between different teams within a company. It outlines how these teams will work together to deliver services.
Approval allows users to set up OLA for each approval. The OLA serves as a deadline for approvers, ensuring that all designated approvers provide their feedback before the time expires.
Once the OLA reaches its expiration, a notification email will be sent to all approvers who have not yet approved or rejected it.
