Overview
Allows recipients to approve or reject requests directly from the email. To allow users to approve or reject requests via email, Jira Admin have to Set up Email Template for Approval.
Action via email
At the recipient's email, the user has the option to either approve or reject requests.

After clicking either "Approve" or "Reject," the user will be redirected to the process page.

Note: If the issue has already been approved or rejected by the user, it will return an error.
