Overview

Update an Approval allows you to modify the Approval name, approvers and condition of existing Approval.

Access the “Approval Configuration“ in application

  • Within the sidebar of Approval for Jira application, you should find a tab "Approval Configuration".

Triggering the Update Approval Action

  • Click on Action Menu button.

  • Select Update action.

 

Update Approval

  • Change the name: Give the approval a new name if it's needed.

  • Change approver: Decide who should be involved in the approval.

  • Update the rules: Change the conditions that need to be met for approval.
