Overview

Deleting an approval permanently removes it from your system. This action is irreversible and should be used with caution. Deleting a approval is typically appropriate when it is no longer needed or has been replaced by a new workflow.

Access the “Approval Configuration“ in application

Within the sidebar of Approval for Jira application, you should find a tab "Approval Configuration".

Triggering the Remove Action

Click on Action Menu button.

Select Remove action.

Remove an Approval

Select Remove Button to delete this approval permanently.

Note: Deleting an approval is a permanent action that cannot be undone. If this approval has been applied to one or more issues, all of Approval config will be removed.
