Established in November 2011, Pharmacity is top brand of the modern retail pharmacies in the Vietnamese market, our objective is to improve the quality of healthcare for each customers. Pharmacity has a retail stores spread across districts in Ho Chi Minh City.

Goal:

• Aim for 2020 to reach 200 stores in Ho Chi Minh City, and leader in the pharmacy & supplement food retail market. 
• Pharmacity will expand the coverage across the country,

• Tools: Microsoft Team, Microsoft Dynamics,  Excel & Emails, have bucket lists & kanban board on TV but are outdated, Caresoft (chat support)
