Problem

CSAT Rating Date and CSAT Rating Comment are placed by the Anonymous user.

Solution

There is a case when reporters (recipients) are not Jira users (for example, external users who raise issues via the Jira Service Desk portal). You can check who gives the comment/rating by checking the “CSAT Recipient“ custom field.
