What’s new

Unlimited comment support

The comments are no longer limited to 255 characters.

 

Updates for the NPS dashboard

New summary view

Updates for All Feedback tab

Average NPS score displayed according to the active filters

 

New Assignee and Reporter filters

No assignees or reporters (recipients) are filtered by default

Assignees can be filtered by individuals or groups that they belong to

 

Other Changes

Locked NPS custom fields

NPS custom fields are now locked to avoid accidental modifications that could break the add-on functionality.
