CSAT 4.2 Release Notes
Candylio Software is proud to announce the release of CSAT 4.2.0. Please read on to see what have been incorporated in this version.
CSAT Bulk Actions admin screen
You can search the tickets with a JQL and then apply a bulk action on them. At the moment, there is only one action to re-send the survey mails for the selected tickets.
Custom response based on the rating score
Now you can configure a response message for a good score and another one for a bad score in the Rating tab of the Survey Configuration screen in each project:
If the recipient selects a good rating score, the response will be displayed as follows:
Otherwise:
Updates for Satisfaction board

A new Score % column is added to the table.
All columns are sortable now.
Engagement tab
There are 2 notable updates:
Summary for each ticket
Ability to search for a specific ticket: You can search for a tickets with a JQL expresssion
