Admin can synchronize CSAT data when he/she need

  1. Admin can choose one project for syncing data

  2. Admin can choose one or more CSAT Custom Fields for syncing

  3. Admin choose the date range based on the trigger date of surveys

  4. The progress bar of tickets processed
