Admin can manage projects which had been installed CSAT Cloud.

1. Project Configuration

Admin can turn on/off CSAT Configuration, enable/disable Email, delete CSAT configuration (in Bulk Action) and go to CSAT configuration.

Admin choose a project or more by clicking checkbox on the first column in table (Bulk Action will enable)

and clicking Bulk Action

 

  • Turn on/off CSAT configuration (enable/disable configuration)

  • Enable/disable Email sending

  • Delete CSAT configuration

Admin also go to CSAT configuration by clicking Configuration in Action column.

2. Global Configuration (default is disabled)

Global Configuration use show/hide the “Satisfaction” option in the left tab.

If Global Configuration turn off (disable), the “Satisfaction” option in the left tab will show in all projects; on the contrary, Global Configuration turn on (enable), the “Satisfaction” option will show based on two conditions: that project had CSAT configuration and CSAT configuration must be ENABLE.

 

3. Enable new CSAT for multiple projects

 

We have 5 steps to enable multiple projects simultaneously.
