This is the interface to manage all projects using CSAT. The statuses indicate whether the project feature is Enable or Disable: Survey Status, Send Email.

  1. Hide CSAT menu for projects which have CSAT disabled.

  2. Go straight to the configure of that project.

Bulk Action: Change status above or email template for multiple projects

  1. Select 1 or more projects to get action

  2. Bulk Action button.

  3. The action you want to do.

    1. Enable/Disable:  User can enable or disable the CSAT function.

    2. Enable Email/Disable Email:  User can enable or disable the send mail function.

    3. Apply Email Templates: User can apply email templates by Change the default email template to custom email template

 

  1. Menu CSAT Email Templates.

  2. As you can see here is the screen where you can customize your email template.
