Renew Generation: ON/OFF CSAT Share permission function

Personal, Anonymous, Private Description: The message will display on share-review pop-up after survey is rated.

After rated, the pop-up will show to select share permission type (only for good rating)

CLOSE button -> the Private permission should be selected by default

Note: If user choose bad rating, the pop-up will not be showed and will be automatic set to Private Permission

Share permission tag should be showed for each feedback in Dashboard and All Feedback report.
